I’m a passionate believer that we still have so much collective potential to unlock in our organisations and communities, and that inspiring leaders who unite us and help us achieve our dreams have an essential role to play in helping us overcome our collective challenges and achieve things we didn’t think were possible. 

I love working with leaders who want to break the mould and really make things happen, be that through development programs, through one to one and group coaching or by working as a strategic business partner.

I live on the Kent coast with my partner and two kids and love anything that helps me foster better mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing, as well as anything that involves being in water. ”
